This was a mini BigCommerce project, primarily focused on some small site adjustments, theme and site upgrades, minor training and support on demand.
My role was primarily related to supporting the PM with standard BA/SA responsibilities such as requirements gathering, scoping support, budgeting support and related. No advanced BA needs such as high end customizations or integrations for this specific project.
