Project Overview
This project was a complete re-design and development in Big Commerce to replace a prior existing site for a well established organization.
Services Provided
- BA/SA: I provided complete BA/SA design services of this project From the start of the project through the complete development and post-launch. This was a simpler project with minimal unique business needs. Requirements gathering, solution architecting, test planning & test support, and other standard BA services were provided.
- SEO Various Support: Early project support and process analysis for project requirements and definition were done. This was a replacement of a pre existing environment, so maintaining and growing traffic was part of the project. As an example this included tasks such as GA/GTM integration, competitive analysis review, 301 support, confirmation of quality post-launch, core web vital review and audits, and more.
- PM Support: I supported the primary PM through the site development and launch phases where needed, but did not provide primary PM support for this project.
