During my tenure at Smart Solutions I provided basic supportive BA & SA services as well as backup PM services such as standard support, training and related. This site was a Magento website, originally with quoting capabilities. However, over time the site evolved into a pure content management and product catalog base system, with no advanced integrations or customizations of note.
