Services Provided
For this project I had a smaller level involvement than many others. I provided secondary PM backup as well as BA/SA services for the Davidsons project.
- BA/SA: I provided BA/SA design services for this project for the primary PM where needed.
- PM Backup: I provided secondary backup PM services only where needed, such as during vacation times or variable Fridays.
- SEO Various Support: I assisted with early project support and process analysis as well as maintenance support such as supportive core web vital reviews and audits to support the primary PM
